Cancellation Policy
At Couture & Co Salon, we value your time and yours. To ensure we can provide the best experience to all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made within 12–24 hours of your scheduled service time.
CANCELLATIONS POLICE
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12–24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after the 12-hour window will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to pay the full amount when booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving late may reduce your service time or require rescheduling. If rescheduling is necessary due to tardiness, the 50% late-cancellation fee may apply.
WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from filling appointment times that other clients may need. This policy ensures fairness and helps me manage my schedules effectively.
